Preparation

• Moving and covering of furniture, light fixtures and outlet covers
• Protecting all surfaces/areas not being painted
• Masking off and covering of floor surfaces
• Caulking of doors, frames, baseboards and trim
• Caulking of cracks and spackling of nail holes

Paint

Premium quality paint is applied by brush, roller and spray to achieve a solid uniform appearance.  Hutchinson Painting, LLC ONLY uses top of the line paints including, but not limited to, Benjamin Moore, Dunn Edwards and Sherwin Williams.

Clean-up

• Clean up of all work areas
• Furniture and fixtures are moved back
• Floors and carpets are vacuumed and swept
• Touch up paint in all colors
  

Additional Interior Services Include:

• Wallpaper Removal
• Staining and varnishing of woodwork
  
  

Preparation:

• Power wash to remove dirt and mildew
• Scrape and sand all loose and peeling paint
•  Priming of stains and all bare wood
• Caulk around all doors, windows and trim
• Patch cracks in stucco
• Minor stucco repairs
• Covering of all windows with masking film
• Covering of all surfaces not to be painted

Services Include (By Day):

Day 1:

• Power wash to remove dirt

• Etch garage floor

•  Apply degreaser to spots as needed

Day 2:

• Apply epoxy primer to garage floor

Day 3:

• Apply epoxy to the garage floor

• Apply paint chips, if requested/preferred

Day 4:

• If paint chips are applied on Day 3, then scrape paint chips

• Remove all loose paint chips

• Apply epoxy clear coat

Day 5:

• Apply second epoxy clear coat

Epoxy Garage Floor Paint

Premium quality epoxy paint is applied by brush and roller.  Hutchinson Painting, LLC ONLY uses top of the line epoxy floor paint.

Additional Notes:

• This is a five (5) day process. 
• The temperature MUST be cooler in order to provide this service.  We are unable to schedule this service during the Arizona summers.   
• After Hutchinson Painting has completed the epoxy floor coating application, there is a 7-10 day curing time period.  During this time, there should be no driving or setting anything on the garage floors.   Although you would be able to walk on the garage floor 24 hours after the second epoxy clear coat has been applied.
